The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has full sea views. The floor is Italian marble and underfloor heated.

Due to the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774, your ID or passport information is requested after booking. There are Migros ,Şok and Bim near our house, which is located very close to the Urla Pier. Only you will enjoy the 250 m2 green area. Hot water and heating are provided thanks to the natural gas combi boiler. The coast of the sea is sand and suitable for children. The beach is 600m away from our house.
