Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

Sunset Cottage: Spacious Home with Game Room

True to its name, Sunset Cottage delivers spectacular evening views of the valley. Only 5 minutes outside Meadville, the home offers a restful, country atmosphere, unsurpassed comfort and quick access to all the region has to offer. This spacious ranch home is 2100 sq. ft. on the main floor. There is an additional theater/game room on the lower level. There is a front porch with rocking chairs, a back deck, a sunroom, and a small attached greenhouse for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee.

Only 10 minutes from Titusville! Close to hunting game lands and stocked fishing streams. Fully remodeled cabin in a quiet setting that you will find cozy and peaceful with frequent wild life visitors to the yard. Deer can be seen almost daily, along with occasional visits from turkey, woodchucks, rabbits, chipmunks, squirrels, and rarely a bear. The private screened-in back porch is a favorite spot. Close enough to other towns ( Franklin & Oil City 25 min; Meadville 30 min; Erie 60 min).

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Bend in the road cottage

Bend in the road cottage is a little slice of heaven. Located on a country dirt road very quiet, peaceful, and secluded. Sit on the deck in the mornings and listen to the birds. Enjoy a peaceful night by the fire in the evenings. Walk in the woods. Staying in a secluded country setting, you may see cute little deer, turkey, foxes, squirrels an occasional skunk. At our country backroad cottage we have bear and coyotes may be heard howling and hunting the woods at night. Enjoy country living😍

French Creek Haven: Meadville Apt with Boho Charm

Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll love the comfort and convenience of our space. Inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated apartment that can accommodate up to six guests. The space best accommodates 4 adults without the use of sofa bed. Sofa-bed provides ample support for 2 kids or 1 adult. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is everything you need to make a cup of coffee. Several games are provided for rainy days. 2 story apartment. STAIRS REQUIRED for entry.

Alice and Doc's Place

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a quiet, clean, cozy space. We offer a comfy king size bed. The bathroom is handicapped equipped with grab bars and a spacious shower. Private guest entry has steps, but we have a ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.

French Creek Landing

Come and relax in this comfortable cottage that sits on the bank of scenic French Creek. The cottage has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably), living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (towels included), screened in front porch and a car port for your vehicle. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in front porch. During the day you can fish, kayak/canoe, wade/swim or just sit and relax watching the water go by. Sit by a campfire in the evenings enjoying the fresh country air.

Casita Azul - Little Blue House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This house is located about 4 miles outside of Meadville, but still on a main road. It is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. There is a large backyard with apple trees and blueberries as well as a place to cook outside. The house gets water from its own well, which is hard water in this area. There is a window A/C in the large upstairs bedroom and plenty of fans and windows. Overall, just a great place to enjoy.
