It is located directly on the bike and hiking trail to the Goldene Aue. The lake landscape is only a few minutes away by bike. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is very quiet and idyllic. The garden with seating and lounging options may of course be used. You can park your vehicles safely on the property.

In unserer Wohnung bieten wir Ihnen kostenfreies WLAN und Blick in Richtung Domplatz. Die moderne und luxuriös eingerichtete Ferienwohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, sepertem Bad und einem Balkon in den Innenhof.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
