Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools. Please message with any questions prior to booking. SORRY, NO PETS (our resort does not permit them.) PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING IS NO LONGER INCLUDED IN FEES. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE SEPARATELY ONLINE THROUGH A DIFFERENT VENDOR.

Grand Beach Resort - 313 access to Uncrowded Beach

Newly remodeled 1 Bedroom with King Size bed in Master and hall bunk beds. Located across Beach Blvd from Gulf State Park Beach. 55" Smart TV in LR and 43" Smart TV in BR. The beach has about 3/4 mile of beach area that has no other building or parking access, so it is very easy to spread out. We are 1 mile from the Hang Out which is very easy walk either down the beach or the new sidewalks along Beach Blvd. Private balcony with spectacular view of Gulf State Park.

Check out our 7 night weekly discounts !! Here is a great condo that offers 2 pools and offers walkable public beach access points within a few minutes. This complex sits directly across the street from the beach. There is a nice view of the ocean/gulf from your balcony and you have the lagoon on the opposite side of the complex. We are only a mile away from the center of Gulf Shores and the Hangout Sleeps 6 but a Max of 4 adults $25 one time parking fee
