The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. With a cosy living area, modern bathroom and private outdoor space, it’s the perfect base for exploring North Norfolk. Up to two dogs welcome (£15 per dog, per night).

Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.

Our cosy, dog-friendly cottage in Briston, Norfolk is the perfect countryside retreat for couples. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a snug living room with a fireplace. Traditional steep, twisted stairs add character but may challenge guests with mobility issues. With parking, gardens and direct field access, plus a pub 100 m away and the Norfolk coast nearby, it’s an ideal place to unwind.
