Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares, squirrels, stoats and weasels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wiggly' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.

The Old School Lodge, sleeps 4-with parking

This beautiful 1863 annexe to the Victorian Old School enjoys a very unique, spacious and private area for 4 people. Located in a conservation area in Lyng, you are ideally placed to visit the historic city of Norwich or the wonderful North Norfolk coastline. The village offers idyllic walks and also benefits from a local shop and The Fox pub, all within walking distance.
