It is located on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access of a secure residence. Large skylights offer a great unobstructed view. Possibility of parking in the residence and outside. Bike parking. Ideal for discovering Le Pouliguen and its surroundings on foot or by bike.

Apartment rental in the center. Very warm, free WiFi. Surface of 27 m² and balcony of 5 m² Ability to do anything on foot. 2nd floor without elevator, south west facing, not overlooked. Train station and beach 300m away, Market 400m away, shopping avenue 100m away, Supermarket 100m away. No private parking space but free parking 50m away. Linen provided upon request. €20 for sheets and bathroom linen for 2 people 1 bed, to be paid upon arrival. Extra €10 for the sofa bed
