The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. This refurbished apartment is 5 minutes from the VW factory & the A49 to Kassel. In 5 minutes you are in downtown Baunatal & in 20 minutes in KS-Wilhelmshöhe. Shopping facilities are within 5 km (Rewe, Lild, Aldi and Ratio-Land) The apartment has 48 sqm, 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The apartment is centrally located, yet quiet. All shops serving everyday needs as well as the bus stop are a few minutes' walk away. With line 500 you are in Kassel or Bad Wildungen in 20 minutes. October 29, so far I have had five-star reviews without exception, through a review I am now under five….. The guest did not follow the rules, I reported this, and then I received the bad rating.
