Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Experience Bjursås – Dalarna's "Switzerland" – in our old cottage dating back to the 18th century, where old-fashioned charm meets modern amenities. Here there is room for both relaxation and socializing in the large living room with a large dining table, cook good food in the new Kulladalkitchen, living room with 3 bedrooms, outdoors in the "courtyard" perfect for play and cozy hangout. Only 3 km from Falu Mine, 5 km to Falu city center and 6 km to Lugnet sports facility. Possibility to rent a sauna on your own jetty. In winter, it is close to ski trails, long-distance skates and slalom slopes. Charger for hybrid car is included.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Här är det enkelt att trivas! Sängen är nybäddad med lakan när ni anländer och rena handdukar framlagda. Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns sandstrand (inte officiell badplats), stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana, utegym och stor hundrastgård.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Travel back in time and experience life on a farm from the 18th century. Live in direct contact with nature without the comforts of modern society. Get drinkable water with a bucket from the farm well. Listen to the birds while you sit on the dry toilet. Heat water or food on the alcohol stove. Make a fire in the fireplace and maybe grill a sausage. Have a shower outdoors. Hike in the forest or lie down in the grass and look up at the sky.

Here you live close to services but also right next to a nature reserve.
