Wenige km entfernt befinden sich in benachbarten Orten weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Tankstellen

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The spacious apartment on the ground floor (70 m²) has been completely renovated and has a very special atmosphere thanks to the combination of old and new. It is ideal for putting your feet up after a bike ride. On the small terrace overlooking the flowers and vegetable garden, you can enjoy the atmosphere or end the day in the evening in front of the cozy wood-burning stove.

Animals are welcome. Chickens are kept opposite. The A 81 TBB exit is 5 minutes away

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Our 30 m² apartment is on the ground floor of our single-family house built in 2022 in Stuppach. The parking space is right at your doorstep, everything is at ground level and without steps. In the apartment there is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine (pads) and kettle. The bed is only suitable for 2 people with a width of 1.20 m. Baby cot and high chair are available on request free of charge.
