Accommodation with charm and completely renovated! It is close to the city center,the sea is 5 km away,the ponds are 3 km away,the African reserve, the Spanish border at 1 hour (highway),the city of Carcassonne at 1 hour (highway),and Cathar castles! You will appreciate it for its spacious rooms, its barbecue/terrace area and its garage with automatic door ( fully equipped: oven, washing machine,dryer ) it is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families.

Townhouse on the ground floor (3 rooms 65m2) outdoor terrace and barbecue perfect for the summer, 15 minutes walk from the city centre, Les Halles de Narbonne and 15 minutes drive from the beaches. You can walk 5 minutes to the Espace Liberté in Narbonne (large buffets, ice rink, bowling, swimming pool) Accommodating up to 4 people. This is my main residence, there are some things of mine but I leave a carafe of water, coffee maker.

Park your car and the vacation begins! Beautiful walks within walking distance of your place. access. You can enjoy all the amenities on foot: market 3 times a week, shops, fishing port, restaurants, pond... The famous beach of chalets and its typical chalets on stilts are less than 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike (possibility to go there on foot along the channel). The marina is also very close (10 minutes on foot). Perfect accommodation for a quiet family stay.
