Waterfront house

This old renovated house, originally built for the workers of the Moutot factory (a 19th-century cement factory) awaits you by the banks of the Serein River, with its feet in the water. The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

The Balcony of Arcyate

For a few days or more, for a period from March to November, I will welcome you to our little house in Arcy s/cure. On the ground floor, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed (140x190). On the first floor, a large bedroom with a single bed (140x190), a second bedroom with two beds (90x190) and a toilet. Clean and sociable pets are welcome.

Dive into the wonderful world of wizards Enjoy a comfortable living room for a cozy evening in front of your favorite saga. A library corner to sip a delicious drink or to play the most beautiful game of chess ever seen. 2 immersive rooms complete this lair, but you still have to find the entrance. Beware of the potion workshop, some are toxic and others very powerful.

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
