Our vacation home (corner terraced house with 100 square meters) is in a very quiet location, ideal for cycling and hiking as well as relaxing and swimming at the lake (distance to Lake Kochel 900 m). The Glentleiten open-air museum, the Kristall-Therme Trimini and the Herzogstandbahn are only a few minutes' drive away. Kochel am See not only invites you to cycle, hike and swim, but even Munich can be reached with good connections. Tourist tax contributions are already included in the price.

Welcome to "Das Flachshaus – Boutique Apartment Bergfreuden" – your small refuge full of warmth, just minutes from Lake Riegsee! The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.
