The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Cozy apartment not far from Lake Traun in the Salzkammergut, with stunning views of the Traunstein, invites you to days full of peace and relaxation. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house and is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions. The house is situated at a dead end street. A car parking space is provided on the private property. Bikes can be locked in the bicycle room.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Living close to nature

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. In the former inn Eichinger there is the cozy apartment. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it entices you to explore. In the small town of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a truly original Greißlerei. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.

The heavenly tree house accommodation is ideal for those seeking peace, but still an ideal starting point for activities of all kinds. Vienna, the well-known Wachau, Krems, Melk and St. Pölten are easy to reach.

The 25 square meters include an anteroom, the main room, and a bathroom. Main room: double bed, wardrobe, kitchenette +fridge, a table, and two armchairs. Suitable for couples, single travelers, business travelers. Shops and restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.
