Located in the northern forest district between Vienna and Prague, you can enjoy a single location, 2 km from Litschau, the northernmost city in Austria, fantastic tranquility and idyll. Your apartment has it's own entrance, outdoor parking and seating, bedroom with free WiFi, well equipped kitchen and shower with toilet. A huge garden invites you to snack on berry fruits and seasonal vegetables and fruit. Tourist tax of €2,90 per person per day must be paid locally.

In the middle of nature for relaxing, cycling and hiking is our new approx. 70 m2 apartment with a private entrance. It is equipped with a cozy bedroom with possibility of an extra bed/crib, living room with pull-out coach, reading corner a flat screen TV , free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and washing machine and is separate from the toilet. Sheets and towels will be provided.

The villa is located directly on the course Haugschlag hole No.5 directly in the neighbourhood of the resorts clubhouse and hotel. The villa has an exterior sauna house direktly next to the terasse with integrated Whirlpool. The interior is a mix of tradition and modern life style. The interior is spacy and generous. The villa has complete privacy and no neighbours and its own driveway.

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!
