They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
