Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door, and in just a few steps you are surrounded by greenery.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
