The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. The city centre, shops, doctors and pharmacies, as well as restaurants, are just a few minutes' walk away, and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also just a few minutes' drive away.

The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.
