Directly on the lake is a water ski facility with an attractive beach bar and comfortable seating.

From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. My wish is that my vacation guests will relax and feel comfortable! When renovating this apartment, I was able to create a cozy atmosphere! The ambiance is very nice and stylish with a rustic flair! Downstairs is one bedroom with double bed, new bathroom and kitchen! Upstairs is a living room with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), a lounge area, a dining area and a fireplace! Tone panoramic windows complete it all!

Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.

Exceptional, beautiful and cosy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the centre in Norden. A fireplace provides charming cosiness on grey days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this property.
