From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

This spacious 48 square meter apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, ideal for a relaxing break in the picturesque region of the Allgäu. The location on the edge of the village of Urlau allows you to enjoy the tranquility and nature. At the same time, the amenities of Leutkirch are only an 8-minute drive away. The holiday park, Center Park Allgäu, is only 2 km from the holiday apartment.

Built in 1850, the terraced house has recently been extensively renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. In two separate bedrooms with king-size beds, a children's bedroom with sofa bed, a modern cooking and dining area as well as a spacious living room with adjoining roof terrace, you will find everything you need for a relaxing Allgäu vacation.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

The attic apartment is ideal for one to two people. It is quietly in Neutrauchburg near Isny, only about 1 km from the city center and in close proximity to the Waldburg-Zeil clinics. The apartment offers a large living and dining area with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Everything was renovated in 2020 and furnished with attention to detail. The 12 m² balcony with lounge, table and chairs invites you to relax.
