The S-Bahn stations Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum are located in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The recreational area Six Lakes Plate is located in the immediate vicinity and invites you to extensive hiking.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
