Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our pretty, small but fine apartment offers enough space for 2 people, with living and dining area and balcony bathroom with hairdryer, toilet and shower, living room with TV, Wi-Fi and you sleep in the pine wood bedroom with comfortable double bed. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Hanglage und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick über Bad Hofgastein und die umliegende Bergwelt. Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, eigenem Bad, Kochnische und Balkon. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ca. 700 m abseits der Hauptstraße, des Bahnhofs und der Bushaltestellen. Das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuß entlang der Gasteiner Ache in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Skilagermöglichkeit vorhanden.

The Bergliebe vacation apartment is located just a few meters from the center of Großarl. From here you can reach everything that is important on vacation: ski lift, restaurants, playgrounds, many cycling & hiking trails. NEWLY built apartment in 2021. With alpine charm and coziness, it can accommodate up to 7 people with two bedrooms and a living and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Walk-in shower. Two toilets. Stone pine beds. Separate entrance.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Rosenstein Vacation Rental

The Rosenstein vacation rental is located on a sunny hill. With private entrance, large terrace plenty of space and outdoor play facilities and a magnificent view of the mountains and natural landscape of Grossarl, it is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Since there is 2.5 km mountain road, snow chains are recommended in winter. It is a very good starting point for numerous hikes. You have magnificent views of the Grossarl ski resort.
