Gite Lou Pitchounet Labeled: 3-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation. 35 m2 studio, with independent entrance. Beautiful services with air conditioning, TV and equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large "saltwater" pool and its beach. To the west, on the bedroom side, a nice terrace for sunbathing in complete privacy. In front of the terrace, in its green setting, a 2-seater Jacuzzi strictly reserved for our cottage guests. And, of course, plancha available poolside.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge,freezer,dishwasher, induction stove,oven,microwave, coffee machine,washing machine,dryer) open to the living room with storage , desk area,TV,an independent bedroom (queen bed) with dressing room, shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.
