The 90 square meter apartment right on the beach has a clear, modern interior, a continuous oak parquet with underfloor heating for the cold months and surface cooling for the high summer as well as floor-to-ceiling windows for a bright, friendly atmosphere. It's just a few meters to the sandy beach of Pelzerhaken via the spacious terrace. The centerpiece of the apartment is the large living area with sea views, with fully equipped kitchen, oak dining table, large corner sofa and flat screen TV. The high-quality kitchen with induction stovetop and stone countertop has an exceptional amount of storage space for all purchases, so visiting one of the restaurants within walking distance for good food is a good option, but by no means a must. Two separate bedrooms with a 1.80-wide double bed or two separate single beds ensure a restful sleep. In order to be able to jump into the Baltic Sea with fresh courage outside the summer months or to warm up again after a walk, there is a small, fine sauna made of ash wood and a powerful oven in one of the two bathrooms. The apartment has a reserved parking space with its own 22 kW wallbox. The residential complex is sustainably supplied with its own electricity via an in-house photovoltaic system. The residential complex has a large bicycle cellar, which can be easily reached via a ramp, in which bicycles brought along can be safely and dryly stored. Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked. Apartment for two people

Apartment with private entrance directly on the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Tourist tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for electric cars available and can be used for a fee.

House up to 8 People & 2 children

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
