The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Here you live in the middle of a nice hiking areas, with a lot of forest and trails right outside the door. There is also proximity to golf course and Hesnes Hartneri, as well as the Marivold swimming area. Short way to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you wake up to birds singing and no noise We have a gated garden and plenty of room. We do not want partying or youth groups.

Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

The house has a living room and kitchen in one, a bathroom and two bedrooms with 1.80x200 beds that are new. There is also a mattress if you want to be 5 in the house. It is only 6 km to drive to Grimstad city centre, and about 15 km to Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is 26 minutes away by car. Arendal and Grimstad Riding Club is about an hour's drive away.
