The cabin is located just 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It’s 100 metres from Cycle Route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature

Her får du en rolig og skjermet opplevelse, selv om veien er i nærheten. Perfekt for deg som ønsker å koble av i naturskjønne omgivelser. Teltet har parkering rett ved, noe som gjør ankomsten enkel og praktisk. Bad og toalett deles med et nærliggende anneks, og det er ikke dusj på sted. Dette må oppleves og vi har mange vann-aktiviteter på stedet.

Småbåthavn like ved, hage på fremsiden av boligen. Boligen ligger i ett rolig boligområdet så det må tas hensyn til naboer, festing er ikke tillatt. Det er to leiligheter i huset med seperat inngang til hver av leilighetene. Wifi og strøm er inkludert i leien. Dyr og røyking ikke tillatt pga allergi

Parkeringsplassen er under bygningen i parkeringskjeller på anvist plass. Ta kontakt hvis det er ønskelig å leie sykkel. Ferdig redd opp og håndklær inkludert. Spør gjerne om det er noe du lurer på. Det er kort avstand til badeplass og Grimstad sentrum. Kjøkkenet er greit utstyrt. To bad med vaskemaskin. Grei uteplass med sittegruppe.

Naustet er bygget på tradisjonelt vis på 1970-tallet og ligger helt nede ved vannet med flott utsikt over sjøen. Her kan du starte dagen med morgenkaffen i vinduet, ta et forfriskende bad, nyte solen på brygga eller bare senke skuldrene og følge livet på sjøen. Dette er ikke et moderne feriehus med luksus og høy standard. Naustet har en enkel og praktisk innredning, preget av sin alder og historie. Til gjengjeld får du en autentisk opplevelse tett på naturen og sjølivet.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility.
