The cabin is located just 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It’s 100 metres from Cycle Route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side of the cabin. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (Reiseradioen). It's a short distance to the zoo, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV form.
