This pleasant duplex is located a stone's throw from the Basilica, on the 3rd floor of a small building without elevator. It offers the comforts necessary for a good stay (new bedding, Wi-Fi, Netflix, desk, etc.). Several shops (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants) are located close by. The city center is 15 minutes by public transport (easily accessible from the apartment) and 10 minutes by car (easy parking in the neighborhood).
