This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Let your soul unwind on the south balcony or work there in peace.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The Türkenfeld S-Bahn is about 5 km away, Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.

Ammersee about 3 km, Munich about 40 km away. The Alps (Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen...) are easily accessible for a day trip, as are Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle. There is a dog living in the house that you may encounter.
