Studio 13 is a private residence completely separated from our house. It is located amongst giant native trees in a family friendly neighbourhood. You will find many parks nearby and will be walking distance to the local supermarket, bus, train station and spoiled for choice at the broad range of take away meals and local restaurants. The studio is a comfortable two bedroom studio each with their own en-suite, fully self contained kitchen and lounge room. Guests have a designated parking space.
