We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

St Ives Cottage, Greenmount

Ideally situated between the Swan Valley and the Perth Hills, this Australiana cottage is tucked away on the Greenmount hill, 5 minutes from Midland and all the amenities you need, yet has a peaceful outlook with lovely views. Across the highway is the popular Goat Farm mountain bike track, and Greenmount National Park. While the original house was built in 1910, a modern renovation fills the kitchen and living room with light and space, opening out to an outdoor deck and pool.
