Private locking sliding glass door opens to the patio, gas grill, hammock and fire pit overlooking the lake. A steep walking trail and steps down to the lakefront access the dock, 2 kayaks, paddleboat & life jackets.

The cottage has it's own sandy beach and shares the dock and swim platform with the main house. There is a private yard and kayak launch .
