Settle into rural life with a coffee on the screen-in porch overlooking neighboring fields at this custom home. Sliding barn doors, hardwood maple floors, and granite counters combine with a soothing color palette for a modern farmhouse feel. Sleep well in the 2 beautiful queen bed rooms with plush mattresses , lots of pillows, and soft sheets. Modern tiled bathroom downstairs with tub shower combo. An open loft with 2 twin beds, and 1/2 bath upstairs. Tiny house type floor plan with spacious feel; vaulted ceilings and lots of windows and great lighting . We live less than 1 mile from the cottage, so we are quickly available for anything the guests need. We will meet guests with the key or if it’s after hours, there is a lockbox. The house is minutes from I-26, yet it feels like the heart of the country, with views of the mountains and cattle grazing in the field next door. Popular tourist destinations Asheville, Greenville, Tryon, Landrum, and Hendersonville are nearby. Plenty of parking in the concrete driveway with turnaround so you can exit safely since our road can get busy at times. Caution, Please be aware of the loft ladder type access if you have toddler age children or babies, this might not be the rental for you. The loft is 8’5” from the living room floor. There will be an escape ladder under the twin beds upstairs that can be hung out the upstairs window in case of fire.

Located on a picturesque 18 acre horse farm 10 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center. There is space for two horses (stall or paddock) for an additional fee. Well behaved, leashed, dogs welcome for an additional $25 pet fee/per pet, to be paid by check in. The tiny home is a good sized studio with a comfortable full sized bed, TV and kitchenette.
