Immersed in the sounds of nature, the farmhouse is located on a hill between the villages of Itieli and S. Urbano. It was once a rural house serving the surrounding land. The farmhouse, renovated over the years, today offers a pleasant stay for families or groups of friends. Ideal for relaxing vacations, sports in contact with the green of the Umbrian hills. It is independent, surrounded by centuries-old oaks and olive trees. In summer, you can take advantage of a private pool a 2-minute drive from the house.

The villa is located in the middle of the green of Valnerina, among hills of olive groves and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 from the property. The property has a lovely heated swimming pool that is open from April to October (5m×10m, depth 1.5m). It is set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

The farmhouse, independent and with an area of 150 square meters with a garden of about 5000 square meters, is immersed in the green hills of Sabina. The location is quiet and panoramic, and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio and Umbria. There are two outdoor barbecues and two fireplaces inside the house.
