Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Located directly on the nature conservation lake, in a remote location with a large plot, our vacation home offers the right ambience to relax. Completed in 2024, our guests can expect a tastefully furnished, new vacation home overlooking the lake. The terrace offers the opportunity to spend a mild summer evening outdoors. In the shade of the large trees, however, it does not get too hot. The historic brick wall and the cozy fireplace in the living room complete the ambiance.
