The Picture House, Hingham, Norfolk

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

The Granary; a peaceful retreat

The Granary offers comfort and peacefulness in a country setting just 4 miles from Wymondham and 11 miles from Norwich. Train and bus connections just 2 miles away in Attleborough. The Granary is a cosy retreat within the grounds of our Mill House. Contemporary kitchen facilities: mini oven, microwave. Heating; electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathroom. Entry is via our property with off street parking. Sorry no pets and not suitable for small children. Max occupancy 2 people.

The Milking Parlour

Totally secluded, with immediate access to lanes, streams and woods, the Milking Parlour offers respite from the stress of everyday life. Once a vital part of Home Cottage Farm, The Parlour has been converted, to a very high standard, into compact studio accommodation. The patio with a cheminea gives opportunity to stargaze our wide East Anglian skies. Local villages have pubs and general stores. Our sparkling city, Norwich, the North Norfolk coast with seals and cubs are for you to enjoy.

Welcome to Apple Tree Cottage, a delightful retreat situated in the rural charm of Old Buckenham, Norfolk. Surrounded by picturesque countryside in a hamlet setting and newly renovated, Apple Tree Cottage is the perfect weekend getaway, offering a great base to explore beautiful Norfolk. The cottage is suited for up to three adults, with the option of a trundle bed to sleep a fourth for short stays. Furry friends are always welcome, we just ask that they are not left alone at the cottage.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.
