Have a relaxing stay in a spacious, rustic apt in the historic Rokeles Hall, the space features cottage style interiors for guests who appreciate comfort & history. The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. Great wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave & oven (no formal kitchen). Good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & walks nearby.

Country annex with stunning views and hot tub

Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

This stylish cottage has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife.
