August 2020 komplett neu im modernen skandinavischen Einrichtungs- und Dekorationsstil zur Verfügung. Ich habe versucht, alle meine Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre aus meinen anderen Kurzzeit-Mietwohnungen in diese Wohnung mit einzubringen und hoffe Dir gefällt es. Very nice, bright old building apartment in the center of Graz (50 m²), afternoon sun, parquet floor, wing door, fully equipped kitchen (incl. basic food such as coffee, tea, oil/vinegar, etc.)Bathroom with shower, high-quality "Green Earth" mattress. Very centrally located: Just a two-minute walk from the Kunsthaus. Ideal for couples or singles to experience Graz on the weekend. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.5 per person per night will be charged upon arrival (cash payment).

We welcome you to our 50 m² apartment on the 6th floor with balcony, air conditioning and views of the Schloßberg in the Lend district. Free parking in the parking garage on the same street (approx. 100 meters away). Public parking around the house (free of charge on Saturday and Sunday, subject to a charge on weekdays). The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 - 2 more people, a bathroom with a toilet and an equipped kitchen.
