Hauptbahnhof, Köflacher Bahnhof und Straßenbahn liegen ums Eck, ebenso sämtliche Nahversorger. Drei E-Ladestationen stehen direkt vor dem Haus bereit. Attractions such as the Schlossberg or the Graz landmark of the clock tower are within walking distance and are easily accessible by car or public transport. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
