Kitchen area with bar table. The price includes towels, firewood and final cleaning. If you stay 3 days or more, bed linens are also included. Newly built and fresh house with 5 beds in unoccupied position. Close to swimming, fishing and forest. Romme Alpin takes about 15 minutes by car (13 km) from the south (so you don't have to queue). På vintern ett paradis med skridskoåkning på sjön, längdskidspår i Gyllbergen och bara 10 minuter till Romme Alpins 31 pister. Ulvsbo där familj och vänner kan umgås, koppla av och skapa minnen tillsammans.

Här är det enkelt att trivas! Sängen är nybäddad med lakan när ni anländer och rena handdukar framlagda. Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Relax in this cozy and peaceful lake house with your partner, friends or family. The cottage is located 15 minutes by car to popular Romme Alpin or 15 minutes by car to Borlänge. During spring, summer, autumn, there is also a guest house on the property to use where another double bed is available and thus it can accommodate more people.
