The house is located in a hamlet in the hills of the Drôme department. The house is over 140 m² with 4 bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen with a large dining table. All beds are modular: 8 singles or 1 queen-size (160 cm) and 3 king-size (180 cm). There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a private shower. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (with a bath and separate shower). The swimming pool is shared with the 3 other houses in the hamlet.

I will be happy to welcome you to my cottage "Les abeilles des fonds de Brian" in the middle of nature, in the forest, between horse parks and other four or two-legged friends. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
