The farm has a secluded location and is accessible via an avenue. On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. Those who appreciate nature and tranquility will love it here!

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

We offer four apartments in the old manor house in Damme. Solid and rustic wooden floorboards are in the premises, healthy lime plaster on the walls. Tap water is spring water quality thanks to modern house filtration. Floor heating in the bathrooms, ceiling heating in all other rooms. And all this by geothermal energy. A lot of dedication and love are put into this project! The large garden invites our guests to linger, relax and stroll.
