The interior is great as the lighting, a studio apartment with a room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace overlooking the lake for two. A kitchen-house for socializing and the possibility of using an outdoor grill. For the sports section, there is a bike path and a boardwalk around the lake, a private volleyball court and work street out equipment for exercise, bass fishing, as well as a private beach for enjoyment and rest. Possibility to use the boat for an additional fee.

There is a kitchen equipped with cooking station, fridge, all sorts of cookware, pans, kitchen tools and running hot water. The bathroom has been renovated and it has hot water whole year. Distance from the sea is only 20m.

Uživajte sa svojom obitelji u ovom modernom smještaju. Apartman je u mirnom okruženju udaljen od prve plaže maksimalno 200 metara. Nalazi se na prvom katu apartmanske kuće. Ima dvije dvokrevetne spavaće sobe, a u jednoj od soba se nalazi i pomoćni ležaj. Svaka soba ima svoj balkon. Klimatizacija se nalazi u blagovaonici. Svaka soba ima TV sa isključivo HR programima. Najbliža plaža je oko 180 m udaljena od vile sa apartmanom.

Seaside apartment with a charming view

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Hi! We have nice apartment with sea view and big terrace in Gradac, Dalmatia. 40 km from Makarska to south, 10 km from beautiful Baćina Lakes where is possible to arange boat trips or paddle surf. Apartment is 3-4 min. from the sea by walk, with safe parking, free internet... Nice beach, clean sea, good acomodation and good price. Welcome!!

This vacation house is situated in Sobra, on Mljet island, only 2 meters from the sea. Set among pine and cypress trees on one side and crystal clear Adriatic sea on the other side, it´s a perfect spot for relaxing and calm summer vacation. :)

Very comfy and a bright space. Apartment has four stars. It is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but still really close to the city center. First beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

We are renting our one bedroom apartment with a lovely seaview. The house is situated in a very peaceful neighbourhood, still very near the beach, restaurants, and shops. Free parking is available for all our guests.
