This 100m2 self built houseboat in Europe's most sustainable floating neighbourhood: 'Schoonschip', offers an instant holiday sensation. Just a 5 minute bike ride north of central station in the hippest and most exciting area of Amsterdam, but in itself a quiet and peaceful city oasis. With direct access to swimming, canoeing and beautiful strolls outside; and a sauna and home theater inside. Modern top floor apartment 15 min from center

Our beautiful flat of 80M2 was only finished in the summer of 2023. We have a 5 yo daughter so the flat is kids friendly. The location is quiet, only 15 min to the centre of Amsterdam and 5 min away from the typical Northern Holland countryside and farm shops. The recreational nature area Twiske is also close. A supermarket is 5 min away. We are having a beamer to create your home cinema and a very good coffee machine and milk foamer to make your favorite coffee. Come and enjoy our flat!

Designer's green oasis, near metro & free parking

Renovated apartment with unique designer features, and a peaceful semi-wild garden by the water. Spacious bedroom with beautiful ensuite bath - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The apartment is conveniently located - just 10 mins by metro to the centre, and 12 mins by direct train from Schiphol. There is also free on-street parking available next to the apartment building. We are a couple from the UK and Greece originally, and we rent our apartment while traveling.

Cosy apartment Amsterdam

Spacious and bright apartment near the city center but without all the crowds. You will find everything you need for a perfect stay. And fast wifi in case some work needs to be done ;-) The apartment is very well connected by metro which takes you to Central Station in 15 minutes. Z/25/2949523 This quiet, historical family home is situated only 200m from the most beautiful part of the famous Canal area (Reguliersgracht crossing the main canals with 7 bridges in a row). Also within 5 minutes walking distance to Museum Square, shopping and restaurant district De Pijp and all the canals. Built in the 1890's, with all the classical details still present. Also an ideal place for a family with kids. A quiet refuge in a buzzing city.
