In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Here is peace and space with a nice view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, divided over two floors. Downstairs the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Above the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included.

Great choice of nearby activities: walking or cycling, hiking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, Biollet Buddhist Temple, Queuille's meander, the Sioule Valley... Just further afield, the Puys chain is open to you as well as the cities of Vichy, Châteauneuf-les-Bains, Riom and Clermont-Ferrand. And more..

The House located in the countryside offers its guests a real break from the serenity. This peaceful accommodation is ideal for relaxation for the whole family and friends: quiet, comfortable to enjoy every moment spent there. It took us 8 years to completely renovate this house that we particularly love! A garden welcomes you to enjoy the outdoors (Please note a staircase leads from the living room to the garden through a French window).

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new place. You'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

After a pleasant hike from the house, you can relax in our outdoor XXL 6-seater hot tub while enjoying the view. After dark, you can admire the starry sky without light pollution. You can also entertain yourself with our pinball, pool table, darts or pétanque.
