Two bedrooms finely decorated will cocoon your dreams as you comfortably wrap yourself to sleep in our exquisite triple-sheet bedding.

Chateau Noir, traditional farm house GOURGE

A French farmhouse, renovated in contemporary way, boasts 3 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The main bedroom has a double bed and  a day bed that sleeps 2, a further small bedroom has a double bed and an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms and a living room with a wood burning stove.  A family kitchen, well equipped, gives the home a modern feel.  A large patio & garden for the long summer days and evenings relaxing in the French country sunshine.

Restored Gâtine house, located in a beautiful environment, quiet and on the edge of the "Thouet", enclosed courtyard and garden (110 m²) opening onto large grounds (fenced) with river. ideal for lovers of fishing and nature. Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple).
