Chateau Noir, traditional farm house GOURGE

A French farmhouse, renovated in contemporary way, boasts 3 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The main bedroom has a double bed and  a day bed that sleeps 2, a further small bedroom has a double bed and an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms and a living room with a wood burning stove.  A family kitchen, well equipped, gives the home a modern feel.  A large patio & garden for the long summer days and evenings relaxing in the French country sunshine.

Country chalet with 2 large bedrooms, quiet, nature

Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends at the Domaine de La Barre, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages, in the heart of the Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and the Marais Poitevin. Enjoy the activities on the property, shared with the few other vacationers: swimming pool with slide, mini-golf, private pond (2 km walk), trampoline, outdoor chess... PRM access, fully equipped chalet, not overlooked. Optional linens and towels.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Restored Gâtine house, located in a beautiful environment, quiet and on the edge of the "Thouet", enclosed courtyard and garden (110 m²) opening onto large grounds (fenced) with river. ideal for lovers of fishing and nature. Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. BATH LINEN IS OPTIONAL.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Gîte Bellebouche

Arnaud and Caroline are pleased to welcome you to their cottage in the heart of the Gâtinaise countryside. Located in a beautiful setting, quiet. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen (near the Thouet), couples or families. A key box is available for late check-ins. The pool is open from April to September (unheated but with a dome that allows the temperature to rise when the sun comes out).

Located 6 km from Parthenay (known as the little Carcassonne) 45 min from the Futuroscope 1 hour from the Poitevin marsh 1 hour from Puy du Fou 1.5 hours from La Rochelle

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, an enclosed, wooded plot close to the town center of St Loup Lamairé "Small city of character", shops and restaurants nearby. Children's play area. Lake Cébron offers you the possibility to practice different activities: fishing, sailing, swimming pool and hiking trails. 50 minutes from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou.
