Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Chateau Noir, traditional farm house GOURGE

A French farmhouse, renovated in contemporary way, boasts 3 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people. The main bedroom has a double bed and  a day bed that sleeps 2, a further small bedroom has a double bed and an upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms and a living room with a wood burning stove.  A family kitchen, well equipped, gives the home a modern feel.  A large patio & garden for the long summer days and evenings relaxing in the French country sunshine.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Riverside cottage

Restored Gâtine house, located in a beautiful environment, quiet and on the edge of the "Thouet", enclosed courtyard and garden (110 m²) opening onto large grounds (fenced) with river. ideal for lovers of fishing and nature. Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. BATH LINEN IS OPTIONAL.

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

"Chez Marie-Rose" character city cottage

The 70 m² gîte in total will welcome you with all the comforts. The fully equipped kitchen, (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop...). On the ground floor, there is the living room, the bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a 160 double bed and a storage room. Upstairs, the mezzanine living room with TV will allow you to relax. You will also find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and a separate toilet.

Gîte Bellebouche

Arnaud and Caroline are pleased to welcome you to their cottage in the heart of the Gâtinaise countryside. Located in a beautiful setting, quiet. Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen (near the Thouet), couples or families. A key box is available for late check-ins. The pool is open from April to September (unheated but with a dome that allows the temperature to rise when the sun comes out).

Gîte du coteau 4/5 people 3 bedrooms

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, an enclosed, wooded plot close to the town center of St Loup Lamairé "Small city of character", shops and restaurants nearby. Children's play area. Lake Cébron offers you the possibility to practice different activities: fishing, sailing, swimming pool and hiking trails. 50 minutes from Futuroscope and Puy du Fou.

Rustic & Cozy

Charming 94 m² cottage ideally located in Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Feel free to visit the "osez la Gâtine" website to get an overview of our region. Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.

Les Gîtes de la Barre near PUY DU FOU

The Gîte de la Mare can accommodate 10 to 12 people, located in the heart of the Bocage and its hiking trails. Near Bressuire between PUY DU FOU and MARAIS POITEVIN (45 min), the Vendée coast, Futuroscope and La Rochelle about 1 hr 15 min. 10 minutes from Pescalis, adventure forest, karting and many local visits. Peace and quiet guaranteed!
