Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Enclosed 2500 m2 lot with fruit trees. 35 km from Futuroscope and the Poitevin marsh and 4 km from the village with all shops. Fishing is prohibited, our carp are part of the family and like stale bread This place isn't suitable for infants and children under 12 Any SPA-style layout, inflatable pool... ARE PROHIBITED

Optimized quiet accommodation, enjoy the terrace overlooking the fields, interior with reversible air conditioning. You are about 1 hour from: Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle. Parthenay our "little Carcassonne", pretty medieval town, but also its Game Festival in July, great cavalcade for the weekend of Pentecost, a long greenway for hiking or cycling. My garden and terrace are at your disposal, pets on site 2 cats and a dog.
