Gite Lou Pitchounet Labeled: 3-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation. 35 m2 studio, with independent entrance. Beautiful services with air conditioning, TV and equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto a large "saltwater" pool and its beach. To the west, on the bedroom side, a nice terrace for sunbathing in complete privacy. In front of the terrace, in its green setting, a 2-seater Jacuzzi strictly reserved for our cottage guests. And, of course, plancha available poolside.

Quiet and peaceful village apartment.

I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d 'Ardèche, comfortable and fully equipped, located 100 m walk to the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). "La Loge" - a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Household linen (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels) on request: €30 for 2 people. The lodge does not have a private terrace but we have a large garden that is open to everyone at the back of the cottages.
