House in the countryside

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. Close to ski resorts and Lake Constance, as well as beautiful sights that are easily accessible by car. Great access to the highway, a train station and public bus connections. It is about a 20-minute walk from the town center, where you can find many restaurants and the yarn market for strolling. Guest tax €2.60 per night per guest.

We, the hosts Christoph and Corinna, warmly welcome you to our lovingly designed apartment. We invite you to spend beautiful and cozy hours on the spacious terrace overlooking the countryside. Right by the property there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10 min. walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Parking is available.

The newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of the Rhine Valley. It features a quiet bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a kitchen-living room with dishwasher and a bathroom with tub. We live in the same building and share the main entrance and look forward to mindful, respectful people who use the apartment and garden with care. Our Internet network coverage is 20 Mbit/s download and 4 Mbit/s upload.
