Come and enjoy nature together with the family in our cozy little guesthouse. In the garden there are chickens and rabbits. Suitable for families with children as there are swings and sandbox. Near the lake where you can swim and nature reserves with beautiful nature. Yet it is only 20 minutes by car or bus from central Uppsala. If you bring the bike, it takes 35 minutes to the city center. The house is new and nice with a spacious sleeping loft with five sleeping places (one 80 cm bed and two 160 cm beds) and a cozy TV corner.

Get close to nature and enjoy the sun in Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and private barbecue area right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you can reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

The house is adjacent to Hågadalen-Nåste's nature reserve with several tracks for exercise, hiking, running, biking and skiing. A 5-minute walk to the shopping area of Stenhagen Centrum with several grocery stores, system companies, pharmacies, fashion as well as restaurants and dense bus service into the city. Cozy almost one hundred years old, but modernly renovated, cottage located in attractive villa area 7 km south of Uppsala city. Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra boardwalk at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is superb for those who want to get out in nature per foot or cycling. In winter, you have good opportunities for skiing on the length and alpine skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live in the main house.

Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.
