An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

Nature Park Resort Lausernest

A brand new wooden house with a location right on the edge of the forest. The house has a total of 10 beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and a terrace around the house with amazing views. The 2 of 3 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, in the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed. 6 beds are located on the upper floor. In the garden you can barbecue wonderfully. Please note that the house has neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no parties or noise are allowed after 10 pm!

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The house offers a fully equipped living unit for 2 people on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor for up to 8 additional guests, with the charm of the 60s to 80s. The large garden offers plenty of space for relaxed barbecues and room for children to play. Göstling an der Ybbs is located in the beautiful Mostviertel region and near the Hochkar ski area. The idyllic Lake Lunz is also nearby. The area offers families numerous excursion options and sporting activities.

Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Weekend Getaway in the Beautiful Mostviertel The idyllically located log cabin is just a 1.5-hour drive from Vienna. With a variety of hiking trails, ski resorts, and thermal spas nearby, it offers the perfect accommodation for nature lovers who enjoy hiking and sports—whether alone, as a couple, or with the whole family. For those seeking relaxation, the 1-hectare garden, the 300 m² terrace, and the 60 m² living space with luxurious amenities provide ample space to unwind.

Cosy guest house with mountain views

Lovingly furnished second home in the mountains. The house is located on a secluded mountain with a direct view of nature. Whether you come for hiking, skiing or just to relax, all possibilities are open! On cool days, we heat with a heat pump or even directly with a fireplace, which can also be used for cooking and baking!(There are of course also electric hotplates) Upon request, there is the possibility to end the evening in the Finnish sauna in the first house.

Bichl-Hütte, a hiker's hut with comfort

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Stein Alm

Surrounded by meadows and alpine pastures, absolutely quiet and sunny, with a wonderful view of the countryside. In the unique natural surroundings, the deer and roe deer even come right up to the hut. A unique experience. There's a farmhouse next door, but otherwise it's in a completely quiet, secluded location. There is a small farm on the property. This can occasionally lead to agricultural traffic." Cozy apartment - (Hochtal apartment)

Our rural-style apartment with 82 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 1-6 people. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, kettle and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings.

Haus Ybbstalblick

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

The apartment is located in the Mostviertel, Lower Austria in a settlement on the outskirts on a slope with beautiful valley-side views and forest or Alpine meadow at the back. Of particular note are our castle ruins, which are used as an event stage in the summer months. We are located right in the middle of the Mostviertel - the ideal starting point for many excursions.
