The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Our "Kiefer" is 84 m² and is located on the 2nd floor and has a spacious balcony. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds ensure a restful night's sleep. The sofa with integrated sleeping option in the living room offers space for another person. The open living-dining area with its fully equipped kitchen with the most modern equipment and direct access to the balcony as well as the contemporary bathroom with large shower leave nothing to be desired.

We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

Welcome to KAISERGLÜCK, our newly renovated vacation apartment for up to 7 people on the ground floor. It has 3 bedrooms. 1 additional person (+ maybe a child :)) can be accommodated on the sofa bed with extra topper in the living room. The 2 bathrooms are new and equipped with showers. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Es gibt mehrere kleine Inseln wie z.B. unsere Leseecke oder Kaffeebar. Für die Kinder sorgt ein kleiner Spielbereich und Sandkasten. Der 700m2 Garten bietet viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden oder einen gemütlichen Abend am Lagerfeuer.

Recharge your batteries on the private terrace or make yourself comfortable in the open living area with kitchen.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

The Zum Jakobi 4 is right in the heart of Goslar's old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including stove and induction cooktop and dishwasher. In the living area there is a smart TV and a dining area and free Wi-Fi. The pedestrian zone with shopping and several attractions are a few minutes' walk away. A parking permit for free parking in the side streets is available.
