The Stable

We have a beautiful well planned spacious ground floor studio Flat.We converted our stables to provide a lovely living space with separate bathroom and kitchen, low ceilings giving cosy feel. This is situated in Farm surroundings with horses in the field. There are plenty of country walks and close to a number of beaches within the Gower. Beaches to name a few Mumbles, Rhossili LLangennith, Oxwich, Porteynon, Three Cliffs .We are situated on the welsh coastal path and the national cycle route.

With the Loughor Estuary and the Wales Coastal Path within walking distance. Situated close to the Gower, with a number of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. An hour's drive to the Brecon Beacons National Park with its amazing hills, forests and waterfalls. About an hour and a half drive leads to both Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Nestled at the back of our garden is our little Welsh cabin. A new & completely self contained cabin, with bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. 1 mile from the Millennium coastal path, 10 minutes from the M4 motorway, a short drive from Swansea, the Gower coast & 20 minutes drive from Fos Las Racecourse. We are a cosy base for up to 2 guests to relax after a day of exploring. Private off road parking included. Access to The Cabin is through the garden of the main house. Pets on request only.

Cosy maisonette in Sketty

A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.

Summer or winter, ideal for couples or families interested in the outdoors or those simply wanting to "chill" away from the city. Perfect setting with uninterrupted views over the Gower peninsular and Carmarthenshire coast, on the coastal walking path and cycle track. The Jack Nicklaus golf course at Macynys and the Asburnham links course in Burry Port are very close by. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.

Entire Unit. Double Bed (4ft6ins X 6ft3ins), & a single sofa bed. Single bed area with a comfy single bed. Separate Kitchen & Bathroom; Bath & Shower. Smart TV free WIFI Netflix etc. Can accommodate 4 people & travel cot (upon request). 5 mins walk into town, 2 mins to the beach, close to the New Swansea Arena and many other amenities.
